THACO INDUSTRIES invests in technology, promotes precision mechanical processing services
To enhance the competitiveness of its mechanical products in both domestic and export markets, THACO INDUSTRIES has upgraded and invested in new machinery and equipment while diversifying its precision mechanical processing services, such as CNC milling, CNC turning, electrical discharge machining (EDM), wire cutting, deep hole drilling, and surface treatment.

The Mold Manufacturing & Machining Company and the Steel Billet Machining & Supply Company have received multiple automated machines from Germany, Switzerland, Japan, and South Korea, including CNC lathes, 150-ton stamping machines, 3-axis and 5-face CNC milling machines, and robot-connected CNC press brakes. Among these, the large 3-axis – 5-face CNC milling machine can process products up to 4 meters in size and handle workpieces weighing up to 30 tons.

The Central Mechanical Center has been further equipped with four automatic welding robots, a 3-axis CNC drilling machine, a beam welding and jig system, and a tank fabrication system. It has also upgraded its surface treatment lines, including ED dip coating, powder coating, and electro-galvanizing. Notably, the ED coating line can process large parts up to 18 meters in length, ensuring an even gloss finish and salt spray resistance of up to 1,000 hours.

With a closed-loop production system, modern and synchronized technology, THACO INDUSTRIES is capable of manufacturing products with high precision and uniformity, shorter processing times, and lower costs.
