At the beginning of July 2022, Sealant and Specialized Fluid Company (under THACO INDUSTRIES) launched two new CASF specialized sealant products: SS301 Silicone sealant, and SC500 Silicone sealant.

SS301 is a one-component silicone sealant, highly acidic, self-curing at room temperature with outstanding adhesion; used in construction, industry, home decoration, car interior…
SC500 is a one-component silicone sealant, neutral, self-curing at room temperature with long-lasting sealing performance; widely used in the civil field thanks to its good adhesion to materials: aluminum, glass, steel, ceramic, and wood.
Not only supplying directly to the plants of THACO AUTO, but CASF products are also widely distributed nationwide through the company's distribution agent system.

On July 15, at THACO Chu Lai Executive Office, THACO INDUSTRIES held a meeting to introduce the development plan for the last 6 months of 2022. Attending the meeting had Mr. Tran Ba Duong – THACO Chairman; leaders of the corporations union, THACO member corporation; and more than 500 employees of THACO INDUSTRIES.
THACO INDUSTRIES held its semi-annual business plan meeting for the 2022 second half.
Following THACO’s restructuring and multi-industry strategy, the firm has taken 2022 as the first year to build its foundations to turn mechanics and supporting industries into THACO’s main business, which joins the global value chain. THACO INDUSTRIES focuses on increasing scale and revenue by developing strategic products, investing in core technology, and upgrading comprehensive management.
Mr. Do Minh Tam reported the business plan for the last 6 months of 2022.
Evaluating the firm’s business result during the first 6 months, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong remarked, “THACO INDUSTRIES’ production and business strategy during 2022-2025 must be optimal and different which seeks every opportunity to cooperate with other subsidiaries. In addition, the people development strategy must be distinctive to develop staff in line with THACO’s development. Developing production and business is to serve the goal of developing human capacity, therefore it is necessary to pay special attention to training and empowering staff to improve their competence in a systematic way.”
Mr. Tran Ba Duong – Chairman of THACO, spoke at the conference.
Embracing “New Chapter, New Horizons”, the Chairman stressed that THACO INDUSTRIES’ new chapter would be a climb with different difficulties and challenges where each employee needs to be responsible for adopting the right attitudes, building knowledge and moral standards to develop and contribute to the overall growth.
