THACO INDUSTRIES provides OEM conveyor solutions to meet European market requirements

Drawing on more than 23 years specializing in mechanical engineering, THACO INDUSTRIES supplies OEM conveyor solutions, covering the full process – from workpiece processing, welding to surface treatment, final assembly, and quality control. Products are tailored to customized technical requirements, meeting stringent European market standards for design, structure, and application.

At THACO INDUSTRIES, conveyor manufacturing processes are synchronized. Structures and components are manufactured following drawings to the micrometer to meet strict fitting tolerances and uniformity before surface treatment and final assembly. Once fully assembled, the conveyors are ready for integration into material handling lines, transporting wood boards, composites, metal components, and various materials between production stages. 

The corporation is capable of assembling complete conveyor systems, including frames, shafts, rollers, drive units, pneumatic systems, sensor systems, and hydraulic cylinders, ensuring rigidity, durability, and stable operation. It also works closely with partner experts during installation, calibration, and trial operation, ensuring the conveyors run according to required technical specifications and programming.

Since the beginning of 2026, 21 conveyors have been built, with the largest weighing up to 7 tons. Each production stage is strictly controlled as per international standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. The welding staff are certified across welding positions from 1F to 5F and 1G to 6G, meeting AWS D1.1 and EN ISO 9606-1 standards, ensuring weld quality as well as products’ durability and stability.

THACO INDUSTRIES will continue diversifying supply sources, increasing local contents, and meeting customers’ technical requirements, while pursuing more effective coordination, stepping up training, shortening assembly time and boosting efficiency.
