THACO INDUSTRIES Affirms Manufacturing Capability at the Supporting Industry Exhibition-Forum and Supply Chain Connection Conference 2025

At the Supporting Industry (SI) Exhibition-Forum and the Supply Chain Connection Conference 2025, held on December 4–5, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, THACO INDUSTRIES showcased a booth introducing its typical mechanical engineering and supporting industry products, affirming its manufacturing capability and product supply capacity for both the domestic market and export.

The products displayed at the exhibition included: machined mechanical parts and molds (aluminum casting components, wheel rims, exported semi-trailer components, molds for industrial equipment components, inspection jig parts, etc.); a robotic drilling-milling solution combined with a rotating jig; and a welding jig set for large-sized export components, serving various sectors such as mechanical engineering, supporting industries, heavy industry, and high-tech industry.

The products are researched and manufactured on modern technology lines and comply with international management standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016; at the same time, they are subject to strict quality control according to the standards of each market. At the event, many customers and visitors highly appreciated the quality of the products and their ability to meet technical requirements.

With a team of experienced R&D experts and engineers, along with modern equipment and software, THACO INDUSTRIES is accelerating research and development, providing end-to-end services from drawings to finished products, and applying a professional DFM (Design for Manufacturing) process to meet requirements for quality, quantity, product types, and delivery schedule.

Currently, THACO INDUSTRIES manufactures and supplies a wide range of products, including: mechanical machining products, semi-trailers, industrial equipment, automotive parts and components, household equipment, and high-tech equipment for nearly 300 partners and customers. These products have been exported to nearly 30 countries worldwide, including major markets such as the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, and South Korea.

Based on its internal capabilities and more than 22 years of investment and development experience in Chu Lai (Da Nang City), THACO INDUSTRIES continues to invest in a new-generation mechanical engineering and supporting industry manufacturing complex in Ho Chi Minh City, covering 786 hectares with a total investment of more than VND 75 trillion, expected to begin operations from September 2026. The project is being developed under a large-scale, centralized manufacturing model, managed on an industrial and digitalized platform, serving the production of railway industry products, heavy industrial structures, oversized and overweight structures, mechanical products, supporting industry products, and finished equipment in accordance with international standards.
