The CNC gantry milling machine plays a critical role in large-scale mold machining, capable of processing workpieces up to 4 m in length with weights of up to 30 tons, supporting 3-axis, 5-face machining in a single setup. It is suitable for heavy-duty applications such as stamping dies and injection molds, delivering fast traverse speeds, long-duration cutting, high accuracy (±0.01/1000), and excellent surface finish.

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is widely used in mold making for complex features with precision up to ±0.02. It machines tough materials and intricate profiles without causing material deformation.

A CNC cutting machine operates under fully automated control through an intelligent computer system. It is capable of cutting and machining high-hardness materials thanks to its robust mechanical structure. The machine achieves a precision of ±0.01/1000 with high processing speed.
