Products are manufactured on a closed-loop production system with a complete value chain and advanced machinery sourced from Germany, Japan, and South Korea, including gantry milling machines, OKK milling centers, mold fitting presses, CNC lathes, wire-cut EDM, deep-hole drilling machines, dual-head EDM, and vacuum heat-treatment furnaces.

- The gantry milling machine can process workpieces up to 4 m with weights up to 30 tons, supporting 3-axis, 5-face machining in a single setup. It is suitable for heavy-duty applications such as stamping dies and injection molds, delivering fast traverse speeds, long-duration cutting, high accuracy (±0.01/1000), and excellent surface finish.

- Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), also known as spark erosion, is widely used in mold making for complex features with precision up to ±0.02. It machines very hard materials and intricate profiles without causing material deformation.
