THACO INDUSTRIES has the capacity to fabricate 200,000 tons of steel per year. With a full range of steel grades including SPCC, SPCC-1, SPCC-2, SPCD, SPCE, SS400, Q235, SPHC, A36, Q345/Q355, A572, SAE1006, CB240-T, CB400V–CB500V, the corporation provides a wide array of services:

• Steel plate processing: Hot-rolled decoiled plate, cast plate, checkered (anti-slip) plate.
• Hollow section processing: Black square/rectangular tubing, galvanized tubing, and other steel pipes.
• Structural steel processing: U, I, V, H sections, etc.

Slitting line

The line features slitting technology for thicknesses from 0.3–6 mm and shearing technology capable of cutting products up to 12 mm thick and 12,000 mm long, meeting diverse customer requirements.

Steel Tube Production Line

THACO INDUSTRIES operates a fully automated, closed-loop system that produces products with clean surfaces and precise bends, with diameters up to Ø114 mm and product lengths up to 9,000 mm.

Laser Cutting Line

THACO INDUSTRIES has invested in advanced equipment including: 10 Bystronic Fiber Laser machines (15 kW) capable of processing stock up to 15,000 mm in length; a Bystronic Fiber Laser (15 kW) with a large-format laser cutting system up to 12,000 mm; and laser technology for steel tube, capable of cutting and piercing sheet metal up to 8 mm thick, with various profiles (round, square, elliptical, U, V, H, etc.).

Press Braking, Punching, and Stamping Line

THACO INDUSTRIES operates over 100 press brakes, punch presses, and stamping presses ranging from 60–1,000 tons. CNC press brakes can process products up to 12,000 mm long with high precision. A 4-roll CNC bending machine imported from Durma is used to produce large mechanical components with cylindrical or conical shapes such as feed silos and snow-blowing systems.
