The corporation provides hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, construction steel, structural steel, industrial steel, and non-ferrous metals; in a wide range of grades such as SPCC, SPCC-1, SPCC-2, SPCD, SPCE, SS400, Q235, SPHC, A36, Q345/Q355, A572, SAE1006, CB240-T, CB400V – CB500V. All products are of high quality, meeting the stringent standards of both domestic and international customers.
Modern Machinery Systems and Advanced Technology Lines
To provide diverse mechanical processing services tailored to customer requirements, THACO INDUSTRIES has invested in modern machinery and advanced technology lines transferred from Switzerland, Italy, Japan, and South Korea, including:
Slitting and Shearing Line: Equipped to process steel coils with thickness from 0.3 – 6 mm and shearing technology capable of cutting products up to 12 mm thick and 12,000 mm long, meeting diverse processing requirements.
Steel Pipe and Tube Production Line: Using an automated and enclosed system, capable of producing steel pipes up to Ø114 mm in diameter, 5 mm in thickness, and up to 9,000 mm in length, ensuring products meet technical standards as required by customers.
Laser Cutting Line: Featuring 11 high-powered Fiber Laser cutting machines (15kW) directly imported from Bystronic (a world leader in sheet metal processing technology), capable of high-speed, precision cutting up to 12,000 mm in size. Tube and profile laser cutting technology processes sheets up to 8 mm thick and various shapes (round, square, oval, U, V, H profiles) across multiple materials.
Pressing, Punching, and Stamping Line: Over 100 machines with capacities from 45 – 1,000 tons. CNC press brakes can process parts up to 12,000 mm long with high precision. CNC 4-roll plate bending machines produce large mechanical parts with cylindrical or conical profiles such as silos, tank trucks, etc.
CNC Machining Line: Equipped with milling machines, lathes, wire cutting, and EDM machines integrated with intelligent computer systems and diverse cutting tools, capable of flexibly processing from simple to complex parts with an accuracy of 0.005 mm. Bed-type milling machines can process workpieces up to 4,000 mm in size and weighing up to 30 tons.
Welding Line: Includes 100 robotic welding units combined with automated rotating jig technology, enabling high precision welding, standardization, and flexible adjustment during processing, ensuring consistent product quality.
Surface Treatment Lines: Include shot blasting lines, ED (Electro-Deposition) coating with independent control systems, capable of processing parts up to 17,000 mm in length; electro-galvanizing lines; and powder coating lines with load capacities from 0.15 – 4 tons. Products achieve uniform coating, aesthetic finish, impact resistance > 50 kg.cm, and salt spray resistance up to 1,000 hours.
Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace: Fully enclosed, automated cycle, processing parts up to 1,000 x 1,150 x 800 mm. Vacuum heat treatment ensures oxidation-free surfaces and consistent hardness ranging from 50 to 62 HRC across the entire part volume.
