In 2017, THACO INDUSTRIES established its Plastic Components Manufacturing Plant to support THACO’s localization strategy while also meeting the growing demands of domestic and export markets.

Since its launch, the plant has consistently invested in advanced technology, modern machinery, and skilled personnel. Today, it spans more than 40,000 m² and has an annual production capacity of 12 million products.

• Plastic injection: 15 injection machines with pressing forces ranging from 35 to 3,200 tons, equipped with automatic drying and feeding systems.
• Plastic extrusion systems: Siding panel machine, plastic splint extrusion machine, and HIPS plastic extrude.
• Plastic blowing: Machines capable of producing plastic bottles (10L–30L) and automotive components such as passenger car spoilers.

At the painting stage, the plant is equipped with a robotic painting system and an automatic paint feeding system, designed to meet the strict paint quality standards of global automotive brands including Kia, Mazda, Peugeot, and BMW.

At THACO INDUSTRIES, quality is strictly managed at every stage, from input materials to finished products. The corporation’s processes comply with:
