Following THACO’s restructuring and multi-industry strategy, the firm has taken 2022 as the first year to build its foundations to turn mechanics and supporting industries into THACO’s main business, which joins the global value chain. THACO INDUSTRIES focuses on increasing scale and revenue by developing strategic products, investing in core technology, and upgrading comprehensive management.<\/p>\n

Evaluating the firm\u2019s business result during the first 6 months, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong remarked, “THACO INDUSTRIES’ production and business strategy during 2022-2025 must be optimal and different which seeks every opportunity to cooperate with other subsidiaries. In addition, the people development strategy must be distinctive to develop staff in line with THACO\u2019s development. Developing production and business is to serve the goal of developing human capacity, therefore it is necessary to pay special attention to training and empowering staff to improve their competence in a systematic way.”<\/p>\n
