The center is equipped with advanced laboratory and testing systems such as metallographic analysis equipment, light transmittance testers, color uniformity measurement on plastic substrates, CMM measuring systems, and state-of-the-art design and simulation software. Supported by a team of more than 1,000 experienced experts and engineers, the center implements product development strategies to meet the needs of THACO\u2019s Sub-holdings domestic partners and export markets.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 2550px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thacoindustries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Hinh-2.-Trung-Tam-RD-THACO-INDUSTRIES.jpg\" alt=\"THACO INDUSTRIES R&amp;D Center\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1536\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">THACO INDUSTRIES R&amp;D Center<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thacoindustries.com\/en\/affiliates\/automotive-chassis-body-parts-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Automotive Chassis &amp; Body Parts Manufacturing\u00a0Plant<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\u00a0occupies<\/span>\u00a015,000 m\u00b2 with a total investment of USD 30 million. It features state-of-the-art equipment and production lines, including a tandem press line composed with four presses (a 1,600-ton press, a 1,000-ton press, and two 800-ton presses), supported by an automatic blank-feeding robot system, 3D laser cutting machines, welding robots, profile-pressing robots, and stamping presses with capacities ranging from 50 to 1,000 tons. The plant has an annual capacity of 50,000 stamped truck-cabin component sets, 5,000 bus component sets, 200,000 passenger-car body sets, and 500,000 other stamped mechanical component sets. It also includes stamping equipment for chassis frames for light to heavy trucks and tractors with a 6,300-ton press force, along with chassis welding and assembly lines with a capacity of 50,000 sets per year.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 2550px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thacoindustries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Hinh-3.-THACO-INDUSTRIES-Khanh-thanh-Nha-may-San-xuat-Linh-kien-Khung-than-vo-o-to.jpg\" alt=\"THACO INDUSTRIES inaugurates the Automotive Body Frame Components Manufacturing Plant\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1536\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">THACO INDUSTRIES inaugurates the Automotive Body Frame Components Manufacturing Plant<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thacoindustries.com\/en\/affiliates\/glass-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Premium Automotive Glass Manufacturing Company<\/a><\/strong><\/span> covers 15,000 m\u00b2 with a total investment of USD 25 million. The passenger-car glass workshop has an annual capacity of 300,000 sets, including door glass, back glass, and windshields. It applies entirely new technology using 3D tempering furnaces, high-precision mold forming, and fully automated cutting\u2013grinding\u2013drilling, screen printing, and lamination processes to meet the quality standards of international automotive brands. The plant also includes a workshop for truck and bus glass with a capacity of 150,000 sets per year.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 2550px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thacoindustries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Hinh-4.-THACO-INDUSTRIES-Khanh-thanh-Nha-may-San-xuat-Kinh-o-to-cao-cap.jpg\" alt=\"THACO INDUSTRIES inaugurates the Premium Automotive Glass Manufacturing Plant\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1536\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">THACO INDUSTRIES inaugurates the Premium Automotive Glass Manufacturing Plant<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thacoindustries.com\/en\/affiliates\/automotive-electrical-equipment-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Automotive Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Company<\/a><\/strong><\/span> spans 20,000 m\u00b2 with a total investment of USD 20 million. It has an annual capacity of 150,000 wiring harness sets and 50,000 sets of components and electronic devices for passenger cars.
